Find Multiplayer
Choose the multiplayer option from the main menu, then open the Private tab.
Add the Server
From the Private tab, use play.ethereal-esthesia.com as the server address, then save it to your list.
Join
Select the saved Elvengrove Server entry and connect when you are ready.
